Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auronix Solutions website and the services we provide. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
We provide digital services including web design and development, SEO, paid advertising, social media, e-commerce, hosting, content, branding, mobile apps, publishing and AI solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed in writing.
3. Engagement & payment
Fees, payment schedules and milestones are defined per engagement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of work. Recurring retainers continue until cancelled in line with the notice period in your agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to information, accounts, content and approvals reasonably required for us to perform the services, and to ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for you are assigned to you, except for our pre-existing tools, frameworks and third-party or licensed components, which remain owned by us or their respective owners and are licensed to you for the intended use. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform or receive the services.
7. Warranties & liability
Services are provided on a professional, best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the notice terms in the relevant agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the termination date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
